Location,cleaness

The shower wasnt good,some moments water was very cold,sometimes very hot.The spa was very very poor and water in jazzuzi was very hot also.

I´ll answer in English. The lobby was big and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the rooms more spacious than the European standard. The special price we got was wonderful. I must say the best thing was the staff at the reception desk, especially Jose Luis, from the night shift. Very professional, very agreeable, very helpful.

The halls to the rooms were poorly lit. The bathrooms were equipped with fancy, modern furniture, but the bathtub was very slippery and the temperature of the water changed constantly. The glass door of the bathroom wasn´t enough to give a sense of privacy.

Good size room that was clean. Clean and modern public areas in hotel.

Street noise could be heard throughout night (although colleague in next room did not have same problem so may be down to faulty window seals in this one room).
