We have beautiful Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom apartments located just next to Passeig de Gracia (the 5th Av. of Barcelona) and the Diagonal Ave. intersection, and also some apartments right in the Plaza Catalunya area - next to the world famous Las Ramblas – both locations are excellent and very central and walking distance to most tourist attractions like Gaudi’s Sagrada Familla Cathedral, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo as well as the many tapas bars, restaurants, fashion shops and night clubs. Our small but comfortable studio apartments can sleep up to 3 guests. Our larger apartments that can sleep from 4 to 8 guests. If you like to be in the right spot, you will be very pleased with City Center Apartments….when location really counts !

* All guests staying in 2009 receive one free bottle of champagne upon arrival.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 30.00 will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

A fixed amount of EUR 30 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Hotel information

Cutlery and crockery, towels and fresh linen provided. We are provide body soap and shampoo. Please note that as these are apartments, there is a small cleaning fee. See Apartment description for details.

Important information

EXTRA CHARGES: In some cases, there is an "Extra Guest" charge which is clearly stated in the "room description". A once only CLEANING FEE of 20 euros or 30 euros for larger apartments is charged. The fee is clearly stated in the "room description".

LATE CHECK IN FEE: Please note, as we do not have a 24 hour reception, our staff will meet you at your apartment upon arrival. For all arrivals after 21:00, there is a "Late Check-in fee" of 20 euros to be paid in cash . If your arrival is after 22:00, the fee is 30 euros to be paid in cash. For all arrivals after MIDNIGHT, the fee is 40 euros to be paid in cash.

As soon as we receive your reservation, you will receive an email from us with ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS with the name of your Greeter, Telephone contact numbers, arrival instructions and a Map. We aim to provide a speedy and pleasant checkin.

location in city center but in quiet area; apartment size and design, kitchen equipment

smell and not enough light in the bathroom; lack of place to read with good light; air condition/heating working continuously and noisy

Fairly close to shops and restaurants.

1. There wasn't enough hot water for showers in the evening. 2. We stayed on the Main Floor and two of our bedrooms were facing the street and it was very noisy at night and in the middle of the night.

newly renovated and only 4 apartment in the building, good if your looking for a quite place.

good for the lads may be a bit isolated for girls, haven't said that 5 star hotel around the corner €500 per night pose location. 4 single beds one was a put out.

We loved the location, the view from our room and Michael, who was our greeter, was very helpful. The room was very quiet for sleeping.
