location is very close to view points, lots of restaurant around there ... convenient. quite difficult to locate the hotel in 1st time, feeling messy fm many small streets. |

The hotel is very nice, with a typical courtyard inside. We enjoyed breakfasts as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the area Santa Cruz. A bit overpriced. Taxis are not able to arrive right to the hotel. Need to walk with luggages few meteres to pick up a taxi. |

The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the room was lovely with a relaxing positive decoration-the day's menu at the hotel's restaurant was quite tasty at a low price!In general when i go back to Seville certainly i'll choose to stay at that hotel!I loved it! |

Great central location. Very pleasant. Research carefully how to arrive because the streets around the hotel are just narrow walkways not roads and we found parking not easy (did find free on-street 10mins away eventually). |

The location of the Hotel is perfect, literally right beside the Alcalzar within the centre of the historic district. The staff are lovely and the rooms seem like small appartments rather than hotel rooms. We had a balcony looking out to the tiled courtyard which was beautiful and quiet. The breakfasts are superb with a large selction of hot a cold options.Would come again!!loved it! There is an El Rey Moro restuarant to the front of the hotel which we were advised to eat in by hotel staff. Unfortunately the food was terrible, the worst Tapas we have ever had! Try Bodego on Mateos Gaga instead for yummy tapas. |

I visited the Cathedral and Alcazar and best of all the flamenco show at the local talbau ( which my taxi driver recommended ) I loved my room, very comfortable and the ease of having breakfast at the hotel. I loved everything about this hotel, it's location, it's friendly and helpful staff and the quiet yet central location. I could not have stayed anywhere more perfect! there should probably be a note on the safe about getting the key from the front desk. I speak a little Spanish and was able to go down and ask about that. Others might not be as fortunate. Still I didn't feel that it was a place to worry about leaving your valuables, but it is anyway a good habit to lock up your passport and jewelry, extra cash. |

Location, ambience. The view from the windows is lovely, but one needs to keep the curtains closed, for privacy. The curtains are heavy, so no light penetrates, and one needs electricity in the middle of a sunny day. Venetian blinds, or 2 sets of curtains (sheer and heavy) would solve this problem. |
