Okay at stille kondicykel til disposition på værelset men når den ikke virker er den ikke til megen nytte. På trods af at værelserne er nyrenoverede virker alt noget slidt, bl.a løse vandhaner, løse kroge. Super med gratis internet der virker meget godt. Kanon morgenmads buffet. Bedre fittness faciliteter. |

Jeg synes at hotellet ikke er et 4* men et 3+, elendig indretning, dårligt renoveret - ønsker ikke at bo der igen. Ja, indret det på ny, skab et venligere hotel med mere lys og mindre gejl. Virkelig rettes op på de fejl vedr. renovering. |

Der var meget støj fra gæster der skulle checke ud tidligt, væggene var papirstynde så det rungede i vores lille skotøjsæske af et værelse. book et andet hotel |

Location, Breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff The decor was probably a little dark for some people's taste. It didn't matter much to us Regarding Q 4, we are neither a young couple (which I regard as under 30ish) or mature (which I regard as over 55), but I have chosen young as we hope to have 35 plus more years of travelling. age groupings might be better here |

The hotel was quiet but in a great location - easy walking distance to lots of Points of Interest in Madrid. Best of all, though, was the shower - wwwwooowww!! The decor in the room was a bit 'masculine' [heavy grey] for a couple!! |

Proximity to all major city sites. The reception staff were very efficient. However, the room did not have all amenities, for example there was no shampoo or bath gel after the first day and we had to ask the reception. |

- Great modern cool design of room, laptop with broadband connection, great wellness toilet, location is great to visit central Madrid and main museums; clean and proper, breakfast room with great view, hotel stuff extremely keen to help Breakfast is not good value for money |

We enjoyed the whole experience, the situation of the hotel was excellent the rooms were comfortable, the staff very pleasant. The breakfast was often cold having been put out too early i imagine., otherwise the food was good and there was plenty for everyone .It would have been helpful if there was local information readily available, staff were always helpful but often busy , information about the metro , buses ,places of interest etc. would have helped a lot. |

The staff was really great: my husband is on a wheelchair, and they gave us all the support we need! Furthermore the position is great Maybe the rooms are not so big, and the hotel is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars, but the price is good |
