This striking listed building is situated on Madrid’s famous Gran Via in the very centre of the city.

The hotel was completely refurbished in 2007. While the building’s beautiful, historic, original exterior was preserved, the interiors were sympathetically modernised. Since its renovation, the hotel now offers the most modern accommodation on the Gran Via.

In the heart of the Spanish capital, the hotel is close to the city’s famous Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor. The Vincci Capitol is in the centre of Madrid’s commercial heart and close to the Triangle of Arts, which is formed by the museums El Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza.

The hotel has a coffee shop and a lounge, laundry service and room service. Also the hotel have an Spa for individual use, and a massage service.

The staff at the hotel were very very helpful - particularly Beatriz at the bar was wonderful. All other staff were very courteous at all times. The hotel has a brilliant location and is very easy to get to from anywhere.

location was great - just a few min walk from Plaza del Sol&Plaza Mayor, breakfast was good but bit expensive, size of the room was good

The friendliness of the staff, the quality of the breakfast and the decorative order of the room.

The shower door was too small, so the water came over the side! We had to use all our towels to keep the floor dry - not very convenient and not good for the environment, as they had to be changed every day! A minor grumble, however!

Lovely decor and great location. Nice bar.

They staff said that we could not be given an iron due to health and safety reasons. Odd. I've never come across this before.
